Documents in Emergency Mode

In accordance with Article 46(2) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1715 of 30 September 2019 laying down rules for the functioning of the information management system for official controls and its system components (‘the IMSOC Regulation’), if TRACES or one of its functionalities is unavailable for more than an hour, its users may use a fillable printed or electronic template to record and exchange information.

Once the systems or functionalities become available again, their users use the information recorded in the forms to produce documents in TRACES.

Where TRACES or one of its functionalities is unavailable, it is allowed to temporarily produce and electronically exchange all necessary documents.

Documents produced this mode will bear the text “produced during contingency”.
