19th session of the Development Cooperation Programme Board

The new multiannual programme for 2021-2030 was the key point on the agenda of today's 19th Development Cooperation Programme Board session chaired by the Deputy Foreign Minister and National Coordinator for Development Cooperation Paweł Jabłoński. The session was held remotely.

During the meeting, the Board members:

  1. gave a positive opinion on the Multiannual Development Coordination Programme 2010-2030 by adopting the Resolution no. 26 of the Development Cooperation Programme Board;
  2. became acquainted with the 2019 implementation reports on the Policy Coherence for Development (PCD) priority area of promoting and implementing corporate social responsibility standards (CSR/RBC) in the context of Policy Coherence for Development, as well as performance reports of the 2019 action plans drawn up by the Ministry of Finance covering illegal financial flows in the fields of combating tax avoidance and money laundering, in the context of policy coherence for development;
  3. familiarised themselves with the amendments to the 2020 Development Cooperation Plan


The Board, an advisory and expert body, is composed of representatives of the government administration, non-governmental organisations, scientific community and employers.

Its tasks include in particular:

  • proposing geographic and thematic priorities of development cooperation;
  • issuing opinions on drafts of multiannual development cooperation programme and annual plans;
  • issuing opinions on annual reports on the implementation of the development cooperation tasks by state administration authorities and on draft governmental documents related to development cooperation.
