EPAPA in 2018
Another training module of the Eastern Partnership Academy of Public Administration was launched
Trained officials with several years of professional experience in management of human resources, mainly in drafting, implementing and evaluating training policy, as well as in managing professional development came to Warsaw to draw on the experience of Polish civil servants.
The Eastern Partnership Academy of Public Administration (EPAPA) has become one of the most important initiatives undertaken by the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and addressed to the Eastern Partnership countries. The programme is part of development cooperation among our countries.
Since 2011, when the first module was launched, the project has enjoyed great popularity with both the governments of individual EaP states and the participants themselves.
The Academy’s suitable approach to training gives attendees an opportunity to participate in real processes of human resources management, exchange experiences with their Polish colleagues, and establish international contacts which will enable the creation of the EPAPA alumni network and will initiate multilateral cooperation at a working level.
The training courses offered by the Academy will increase the competence potential of public administration officials in the Eastern Partnership countries that are involved in the civil service reform and the implementation of personnel management processes in their institutions.
The project was co-financed by the Polish Aid 2018 programme funds.
