Administrative and Financial Department
The scope of duties of the Administrative and Financial Department includes:
- Maintaining the accounting records of the unit and establishing accounting policies;
- Preparing reports related to the state budget and financial statements for operations recorded in the accounting books;
- Developing financial plans and amendments to the unit's financial plans;
- Organizing and supervising the inventory process;
- Managing human resources policy and professional development of employees;
- Organizing the recruitment process for new employees;
- Preparing payrolls, and calculating taxes and social security contributions;
- Maintaining personnel and payroll documentation for employees;
- Preparing public procurement plans and the material and financial plan;
- Keeping quantitative and value records of the unit’s equipment and assets;
- Managing matters related to the maintenance of the unit's premises and the use of its facilities;
- Coordinating public procurement procedures.
