Department of Information Policy

The Department of Information Policy is responsible for the following tasks:

  • Coordinating the support for the sessions of the Government Crisis Management Team (RZZK).
  • Promoting the activities of the Government Centre for Security, including recommending and organizing initiatives related to the Centre's media engagement (press conferences, briefings, media statements by the Leadership and experts).
  • Implementing the information policy regarding natural threats and internal security.
  • Developing and preparing educational and informational materials related to safety and security.
  • Preparing thematic media analyses.
  • Analyzing media coverage regarding the information policies of entities involved in a crisis situation and recommending, if necessary, communication strategies for the leading entity.
  • Developing procedures and guidelines for communication in crisis situations and reviewing materials prepared by institutions collaborating with the Centre.
  • Preparing and conducting training on crisis communication management for public administration communicators.
  • Managing and updating the website, including maintaining the public information bulletin and managing the Centre’s profiles on social media.
