Artists and war - this combination does not surprise anyone anymore. However, the Anders' Army, founded 80 years ago, is still a phenomenon today. On the occasion of the round anniversary of the founding of this extraordinary formation, the Adam Mickiewicz Institute invites you to a multimedia journey - Artists in Arms (www.artistsinarms.pl). It is a story about artists and people of culture, their war route from the Russian Buzuluk to Monte Cassino and further - Paris, London, Rome.

We are pleased to announce that the Polish sculptor Anna Rasinska has been selected to the final 20 artist to participate in Tuwaiq International Sculpture Symposium (TISS) that will take place in Saudi Arabia from November 10th to December 6th 2021.

Recently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been receiving reports of phone scams in which fraudsters claim to be either MFA’s employees or employees of Polish missions abroad to get the call recipients perform certain actions, especially money transfers. Usually, during the phone conversation scammers will inform you that you have failed to follow certain procedures or provided partial or false data while filling out forms, which will allegedly bring about legal consequences.

Aware of its role in supporting international academic exchange, internationalization of universities and research institutions as well as dissemination of information about the Polish system of higher education and science, the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange NAWA has launched a new platform, “Research in Poland”.
