Where to apply?
You can have a copy of your document certified in a Polish consular post of your choice.
Do I have to apply in person?
Documents can be submitted in person or sent by post. However, you will have to arrange for the payment of the consular fee.
How to book an appointment?
You can book your appointment to apply for a visa via the e-konsulat system, by choosing “Legal matters” from the menu on the left of the screen. If the system does not show a date you want, it means there are no slots available on that date or the Consular Section is closed. New appointments are opened every Tuesday from 10.00-10.30 a.m. local time.
What documents do I need to submit?
You will need the original document and a copy of it, as well as a copy of the owner's passport or ID.
Please note:
If the copy is to be made by the consul, the consular fee will be higher.
How much does it cost?
- The visa fee is 1084 THB.
- Consular fees should be paid upon submitting your application at the Consular Section.
- Accepted forms of payment: cash.
- The final amount of the fee will be determined during the visit after analyzing the submitted documents.
- The fee applies to a certified copy of a document and is not based on the number of pages.

What is the waiting time?
Up to 7 days.
How to collect the documents?
The document can be collected in person. If you authorize third person to collect your document please bring the power of attorney on the day of submission of the documents.
How to appeal?
In the event of refusal, the consul will issue a decision against which you can lodge a complaint with the Minister of Foreign Affairs within 7 days. The complaint is lodged via the consul who issued the decision.
