We would like to remind you that a visa application may be submitted no earlier than six months, and in the case of seafarers in connection with the performance of their duties, no earlier than nine months, before the start of the planned visit and, as a rule, no later than 15 calendar days before the start of the planned visit.

Using the services of intermediaries does not lead to preferential treatment.

Only the consul is authorized to process visa applications and make decisions in their matters.

The only fee charged is the consular fee for submitting a visa application.

The Polish Embassy in Abu Dhabi kindly informs about the change of the system of registering for appointments in order to submit applications for Schengen visas.

The possibility of registration was launched on November 8, 2024.

The new system is based on obtaining appointment dates for submitting applications for Schengen visas (type C visas) chronologically, according to the order of registration. The procedure assumes a three-stage procedure of completing and registering the application in the e-konsulat system. We ask you to strictly follow the instructions received in the subsequent stages and implement them on time. Please fill in all required fields of the visa application form reliably and correctly with special attention to the point:

*31/*32 Name of host person or company in the Schengen states and contact person in host company. If not applicable – name of hotel, address and telephone number or temporary address with the telephone number in the Schengen states

Dates will be assigned by the system twice a week, and information about the meeting date will be sent to the applicant by e-mail. Each person will receive information about the appointment date according to the number of applications correctly completed and saved in the system. At this stage, it will not be possible to make changes or corrections to the information recorded in the application form.

Please do not send any inquiries to the Polish Embassy in Abu Dhabi regarding the appointment date, but wait for an e-mail from the e-konsulat system confirming the appointment date.
