Change in the position of Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development

Today, President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda, at the request of Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, appointed Anna Gembicka as Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Handover of office

Immediately after the ceremony at the Presidential Palace, the handover of office from the former Minister Robert Telus to the new Minister Anna Gembicka took place.

New Head of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development

Minister for Agriculture and Rural Development Anna Gembicka was most recently Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and Government Plenipotentiary for Local Community Initiatives.

She was the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development from October 2020.
