The deep sense of this holiday is best reflected in the words of Saint John Paul II: ‘Oh lamb offered for our salvation, you rise from the dead today! You call us to sustain a ray of hope in the world.’

In today’s world, this ray of hope is a strong family connected with bonds of love and respect. May the eternal triumph of life be grounded in the robust roots of our tradition and culture, so that the cycle of life may never be broken.
