The Polish national stand at the Summer Fancy Food Show
27.06.2023
Another edition of the Summer Fancy Food Show is underway in New York. The Polish national stand organised by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development is also present at the fair.
The fair takes place from 25 to 27 June 2023 in the halls of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
About the fair
The Summer Fancy Food Show is the largest food-related exhibition in North America. It showcases, among other things, innovations for the entire agri-food industry. An attractive offer based on key food markets and consumer trends is presented during the event.
Polish stand
During this year's fair edition, the Polish stand presents high-quality national products, including juices, fruit and vegetable preserves, jams, syrups, dried herbs, seeds, products made from expanded cereals, fish products, honey and sweets.
Another attraction encouraging visitors to the Ministry's stand is live culinary demonstrations organised with the Beef Promotion Fund.
The purpose of the Ministry's participation in the fair
The Ministry representatives' involvement in the event offers an excellent chance to popularise Polish high-quality agri-food products internationally and win new and maintain existing markets for Polish food.
During the fair, talks are held with potential distributors and agents, who have the opportunity to familiarise themselves with the rich offer of Polish companies.
While taking part in the Summer Fancy Food Show, the Ministry aims to popularise Polish food, increase its presence on the American and global markets, and get potential foreign contractors from North America interested in Polish products.
