About the fair

The fair, which is held at the halls of the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, is one of the largest food shows in Northern America. The attractive offers at the fair are consistent with the consumer trends of key importance for the food sector and innovations in the agri-food industry.

Every year almost 50,00 experts on specialty food visit the show to become acquainted with the offers of 2,600 exhibitors from 57 countries.

The Polish stand

The Polish national stand presents high-quality Polish products, including, among others, juices, fruit and vegetable preserves, frozen and dried fruit and vegetables, dried herbs, jams, syrups, seeds, products from expanded cereals, fish products, organic honey and sweets.

The participation of our Ministry in the Summer Fancy Food Show is an excellent opportunity for promoting high-quality Polish agri-food products internationally, as well as gaining new markets for Polish food sales and maintaining the existing markets.

This year’s edition of the Summer Fancy Food Show in New York took place on 12-14 June.
