Joanna Gierulska, Deputy President of ARMA, welcomed the guests with the opening speech - I am very glad that you are visiting Poland and want to benefit from our experience. Let me remind you that we have been cooperating since 2011, when ARMA – in consortium with Spain – started the implementation of the first twinning project for Azerbaijan. We continued our cooperation in the years 2019-2022, when together with Italy and Lithuania we conducted another twinning for your country. I hope that our current cooperation will also develop, to the benefit of both parties.

The Azerbaijani ministries of economy and agriculture are currently carrying out a task aimed at supporting the development of competitive areas, with particular emphasis on the largest farms specialising in the cultivation of cereals and vines.
The purpose of the visit of the delegation, led by the Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Policy at the Ministry of Economy Valeh Musayev, was to learn about area payments, good production standards, technological support, the organization
of agricultural advisory services and special loans and credits. The guests listened with interest to the speeches of Polish experts and asked questions about the presentations prepared especially for them.
