On June 26, 2025, the 7th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission for Economic Cooperation between Poland and Moldova was held in Chișinău. The event provided an excellent opportunity to strengthen bilateral relations and initiate new directions of cooperation in the field of agriculture and rural development.

On June 13, 2025, the Agriculture Restructurisation and Modernisation Agency (ARMA) welcomed a delegation from the Danish Dairy Board to its headquarters in Warsaw. The meeting focused on sharing best practices and experiences related to the implementation of the EU School Scheme, which promotes healthy eating habits and nutrition education among children.

On May 5th to 7th, 2025, Agriculture Restructurisation and Modernisation Agency hosted in Warsaw the 57th Conference of Directors of EU Paying Agencies, organized as part of Poland's Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This exceptional event provided a platform for in-depth exchange of experiences, presentation of best practices, and discussions on the future of the Common Agricultural Policy in light of evolving geopolitical and economic challenges.

The 56th Conference of Directors of EU Paying Agencies was organised in Hungary in connection with the country's current presidency of the European Council. The conference was attended by representatives of paying agencies from 27 EU member states, the European Commission (DG Agri), the European Court of Auditors (ECA), and the European Anti-Fraud Office (OLAF), as well as representatives from EU-associated countries.

From September 4-6, 2024, representatives of paying agencies from Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland and Finland gathered in Tartu. The 23rd Conference was organized by the Estonian paying agency (PRIA).

On June 3-4, 2024, representatives from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, and the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture participated in a study visit to Denmark.

The 55th Conference of Directors of Paying Agencies of the European Union was held in Antwerp on May 15 – 17, 2024. The conference was organized in Belgium in connection with the current presidency of the European Council.

It was another study visit of representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management of Serbia to the Agency for the Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture. The guests from the Balkans were in Poland within the framework of the twinning programme, of which ARiMR is a leader. They were in our country from 12 to 16 May.

Animal Identification and Registration System, catalogue of machinery for agricultural production and the potential of artificial intelligence in activities of the paying agency – these were the main topics discussed during the meeting held on 21th February 2024 at the ARMA Headquarters.
