Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration (KSAP)
The Lech Kaczyński National School of Public Administration (KSAP) plays a very important role in achieving the constitutional principle of professionalism in the Polish public administration. KSAP organizes and performs (lifelong) training within the public administration, offers full-time training and cooperates internationally with its partners (government schools abroad, other countries, international organizations).
Fast track in the civil service – full-time training at KSAP
KSAP offers full-time education for young graduates and officials already employed. After an 20-month intensive education (including trainings, domestic and foreign internships, study visits, lectures) the KSAP graduates are given job opportunities in the public administration. Moreover, they can become nominated civil servants without the need of taking the state exam (qualification procedure).
