Council of Ministers Committee for Digital Affairs

An auxiliary body of the Council of Ministers and the Prime Minister. Its tasks include, in particular, checking draft government documents with regards to computerisation of public administration and public registers, development of information society and broadband networks, audio-visual policy, as well as implementation of IT solutions.

Tasks

The tasks of the Council of Ministers Committee for Digital Affairs include checking draft government documents in with regards to:

  • computerisation of public administration and public registers;
  • development of information society;
  • development of broadband networks;
  • audio-visual policy;
  • implementation of IT solutions, in particular concerning education, healthcare, electronic signature;
  • application of information technologies in building a knowledge-based economy.
