Bureau of Organisation and Development

The Bureau of Organisation and Development supports the Head of the Foreign Service and Director General in performing his duties, including by preparing official documents and overseeing the implementation of his decisions.

The Bureau of Organisation and Development coordinates the drafting of organisational regulations for the MFA’s internal units and Polish diplomatic missions abroad. It also coordinates management control and risk management and exercises methodological supervision of project management.

The Bureau is also responsible for analysing the Foreign Service and developing concepts and recommendations for its modernisation.
