The procedure for arranging the Foreign Minister’s honorary patronage or participation on an honorary committee is set forth in the Order no. 26 of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of 16 August 2010 on the Rules for arranging the Foreign Minister’s honorary patronage or participation on an honorary committee.

In order to request the Foreign Minister’s honorary patronage or participation on an honorary committee for an upcoming event, proceed as follows:

1. Read the Rules for arranging the Foreign Minister’s honorary patronage or participation on an honorary committee.
2. Fill in the request form, sign it legibly, and either mail it to the following address:

or submit it to the Correspondence Reception Desk at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (open from 8:15 a.m. to 4:15 p.m.) at:

21 J. Ch. Szucha Avenue (entrance from Litewska Street)

or scan the request form and email it to patronaty@msz.gov.pl.

The requests should be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the planned event.
