The meeting focused on coordination of humanitarian aid and included a discussion on suggestions for additional measures put forward by members of the diplomatic corps. Ambassadors and other representatives of the diplomatic corps had an opportunity to inquire about the mechanism for providing aid to Ukraine and assisting refugees staying in Poland and other countries. Deputy Minister Jabłoński addressed all countries which have provided humanitarian, material, and financial assistance and thanked them for their efforts made to date. He also asked that aid providers use the contact channels arranged between the governments of Poland and Ukraine as well as international organisations. Speaking on behalf of the Ukrainian government, Ambassador Deshchytsia thanked for the assistance and called for continued support and wide-ranging efforts to help Ukraine.

The mechanism of international humanitarian aid is coordinated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (the Department of Development Cooperation) together with the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, the Ministry of the Interior and Administration, the Government Agency for Strategic Reserves, province governors, and other state and local government institutions.
