On the first day of OSCE Ministerial Council session, Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau met with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba. The conversation was held on the 30th anniversary of recognition of Ukraine’s independence by Polish authorities.
