Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Statistics Poland enter into new cooperation arrangements

“The agreement on cooperation between the foreign ministry and Statistics Poland which we have signed today is a step towards strengthening the potential of our economy and Polish companies operating in foreign markets,” said Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Paweł Jabłoński during the Wednesday ceremony.
The deputy head of the Polish MFA emphasised that thanks to statistical data on foreign trade and training courses offered by Statistics Poland to the ministry and foreign mission staff, Polish diplomacy will be able to better respond to the needs of the Polish market and Polish companies.
Under the agreement, Statistics Poland will provide expert support to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through analyses and studies on foreign trade and international economic cooperation. The Minister of Foreign Affairs and his subordinate diplomatic representations will invite experts from Statistics Poland to take part in events promoting the Polish economy both in Poland and abroad.
On behalf of Statistics Poland the agreement was signed by its President Dominik Antoni Rozkrut.
