Our region - our cultures
Shared cultural space and shared memory present the competitive advantage and strength for the WB region’s cultural cooperation, but, on the other hand, they are also the biggest source of challenges that arise between nation states. The enthusiasm for regional cooperation and co-creation among cultural workers in the region is clearly present, particularly in the independent cultural sector.
However, culture shall not be seen only as vector for social cohesion, but also as a vector for creativity, innovation and economic growth.
