Poland a signatory of Joint Declaration of support for Ukraine's application before the International Court of Justice against Russia

Poland and its partners have issued a declaration supporting Ukraine in its application before the International Court of Justice against Russia.

At the same time, it should be noted that the issue of violations of international law in the course of the ongoing aggression of Russia against in Ukraine is being analysed by the European Court of Human Rights (Complaint No. 11055/22 Ukraine v. Russia) and the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on the basis of the referral of the situation in Ukraine by 43 states, including Poland.
