Referring to the current situation in the Middle East, the officials stressed the urgent need to provide civilians with humanitarian aid.

As part of experience sharing, the Swedish side presented its national development cooperation system, which is based on the joint work between the Ministry for Foreign Affairs, SIDA, a private money fund, and a credit agency. The Swedish side also discussed the guidelines about a new development cooperation strategy for 2024-2028, highlighting the importance of migration aspects and the need to involve the private sector in development activities.
