Weimar Triangle foreign ministers to meet in Łódź

On 1 March 2022, Łódź will host the foreign ministers of Poland, Germany, and France. The diplomats will meet within the framework of the Weimar Triangle at the invitation of Polish Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau.

Given the present international situation, the ministers will focus on the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine and measures to prevent further escalation.

The agenda will also include a discussion on the current French presidency of the Council of the European Union as well as Poland’s chairmanship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe.
