Meeting of Minister Czaputowicz with the EU Commissioner for Neighborhood and Enlargement

The European Neighborhood Policy, the Eastern Partnership and the enlargement policy were the most important topics of the talks between the head of Polish diplomacy and EU Commissioner for Neighbourhood and Enlargement. The meeting was attended by the Permanent Representative of Poland to the EU Andrzej Sadoś.

„Poland is inspired by the model of EU cooperation with the Western Balkans as part of the enlargement policy" - emphasized Minister Czaputowicz.

The head of Polish diplomacy also pointed out that thanks to the Partnership, the EU's eastern policy is balanced, which is important in the light of Russia's aggressive attitude.

Commissioner Oliver Varhelyi was the first representative of the European Commission to visit Poland since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic.
