Use the documents developed by the Ministry of Justice within the framework of the Standards for Interested Parties in the system of free-of-charge assistance. With these documents, Contractors in the course of providing advice may use ready-made pleadings, and employees of county offices may use ready-made rules of dealing with a potential beneficiary of free-of-charge assistance.

These materials contain basic information on the issues with which stakeholders most often come to the courts, and indicate how to complete a particular service (case) conducted by common courts. These are specific instructions for action for the interested party, given in accordance with a uniform procedure in all courts, both in the manner of service and in the content of information.
