In this way, the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy supports the regions in their further development and helps the Lublin region to mobilise EU funds for repayable instruments. This will allow to increase the competitiveness of enterprises, especially local ones, said Minister Grzegorz Puda during the signing of the first regional agreement regarding the creation of the Trust Fund and implementation by the BGK of repayable instruments in the territory of the Lubelskie voivodeship.

The meeting was attended by Minister Grzegorz Puda and Deputy Minister Małgorzata Jarosińska-Jedynak.

20.03.2023Additional 81 million for urban transport in SilesiaThe budget of the Integrated Territorial Investments of the Central Sub-region of the Silesian Voivodeship will be increased by additional PLN 81.77 million. The funds will be used to increase the European Union co-financing for existing urban transport investments. This will improve safety and comfort for residents and tourists visiting the region and will provide the Silesian metropolis with more modern and environmentally friendly public transport, said Grzegorz Puda, the Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy.

16.03.2023CPK transferred PLN 5 million to Grodzisk Bus Services for the purchase of busesThe CPK company and Grodziskie Przewozy Autobusowe (Grodzisk Bus Services) district and municipalities association have signed an agreement to subsidise the purchase of low-floor buses for public transport services in the Grodzisk and Pruszków districts, including the municipalities of Baranów, Błonie, Jaktorów, Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Milanówek and Żabia Wola.

01.03.2023The largest national programme in the entire EU has been launched - European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment 2021-2027We will allocate almost EUR 29.3 billion, of which EUR 24.2 billion of EU funds for investment and projects in the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment programme. The funds will be used, among others, for the development of low-carbon economy, road building, railway development, environment and health protection and culture. During the kick-off conference of the programme, the priorities of the European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment (FEnIKS) programme were presented, along with information on calls for proposals in individual sectors covered by the programme. During the event, a representative of the European Commission handed over the decisions approving the programme to the Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy. The ceremony took place in the presence of ministers and deputy ministers of the Polish Government and beneficiaries of EU funds.

08.02.2023Poland inaugurates European programmes for the years 2021-2027Poland has already begun the implementation of programmes financed from the new EU budget for the years 2021-2027. Our country has obtained the approval for all cohesion policy programmes in the new programming period 2021-2027. This concludes a long and demanding process of preparation, negotiations by the Ministry of Development Funds and Regional Policy and all the ministries and local authorities responsible for the various programmes. Poland will make investments worth almost EUR 76 billion under the Cohesion Policy in the coming years. At the launch of the new financial perspective, EU Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms Elisa Ferreira and Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights Nicolas Schmit handed Prime Minister of Poland Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Development Funds and Regional Policy Grzegorz Puda and marshals of voivodeships the decisions certifying that European funds for the years 2021-2027 will reach the citizens of our country both on the national and regional levels. This took place in the presence of ministers and deputy ministers of the Polish Government, representatives of local authorities and NGOs, and beneficiaries of EU funds.
