On April 15, 2024, the Polish OECD NCP updated the conduct procedure before the OECD NCP and the notification form on alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct.

The updated procedure and notification form are compliant with the 2023 edition of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises (OECD Guidelines, version in force since 8 June 2023). This edition also introduced certain changes in the functioning of the OECD NCP.

The updated procedure also takes into account the remarks submitted by stakeholders of the Polish OECD NCP during the public consultation process. 

The notification form of an alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines should be completed in Polish. According to the conduct procedure before the NCP, in specific situations the NCP allows for the possibility of consulting a case and filing a notification in English.
