Poland in India

You can have a copy of your document certified in a Polish consular post of your choice.

Documents can be submitted in person, by an authorized person or sent by post.

If you wish to send the documents by post, please contact the Consular Section in advance to receive updated information on the procedure.

New Delhi:
Documents for copy attestation can be submitted at the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in New Delhi on Wednesdays and Fridays between 9:30-12:00. No appointment is required. 

Mumbai:

You will need the document and a copy of it.

Please note! If the copy is to be made by the consul, the consular fee will be higher.

The fee applies to a certified copy of a document and is not based on the number of pages. 

The consul will process the case without undue delay but not later than within 30 days from the application date. 

In person. The documents can also be collected by an authorized person. 

In the event of refusal, the consul will issue a decision against which you can lodge a complaint with the Minister of Foreign Affairs within 7 days. The complaint is lodged via the consul who issued the decision.
