We remind you that you have to apply for visas in person. We do not accept intermediaries.

The territorial scope of the consulate covers the Republic of Indonesia and the Democratic Republic of East Timor.

Emergency Telephone
The Emergency Telephone to the Consul on Duty is in operation after office hours, during weekends and public holidays for Polish citizens, only in cases of emergency that require the immediate intervention of the Consul on Duty (such as accidents, arrests or deaths): +62 855 78 00 231.
Please note that the emergency telephone is not designated to provide customers with information regarding office opening hours, booking appointments or passport and visa matters.
In Indonesia and East Timor, there are also Polish Consulates headed by Honorary Consuls of the Republic of Poland.
