How to make an appointment in the consulate?
Appointments at the Consular Section of the Embassy of Poland in Tel Aviv must be scheduled in the e-konsulat system.
Only applicants who have registered their appointment in the e-konsulat system will be admitted. Every applicant must be able to present to the security officers at the entrance to the embassy a valid identity document (i.e. valid Polish passport or valid Polish ID card or valid foreign passport).
New appointment terms are added to the system on every Tuesday at 8 am (Israeli time).
All applicants who wish to apply for a Polish passport are obliged to register for a meeting on the e-konsulat website for "passport matters". For details regarding the registration for passport meeting, please check here. Two days before the registered passport visit the e-Konsulat system sends an e-mail with links for confirming or cancelling of an appointment. Please make sure to confirm the visit by clicking proper link. Otherwise, the appointment will be automatically cancelled by the system.
All applicants who wish to apply for Polish citizenship, registration in Poland of birth, marriage or death certificate(s), first or last name change, confirmation of signature, certification of a copy etc. are obliged to register online for a meeting with a Consul at the e-konsulat website for "legal matters."
All applicants who wish to apply for the Schengen or National Visa are obliged to register for a meeting at the e-konsulat website, for "National Visa" or "Schengen Visa".
