Legal basis

National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management is a legal person within the meaning of the Article 9(14) of the Act of August 27th 2009 on Public Finance (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1270, as amended). The basis for the operation of the National Fund is set out in the Act of April 27th 2001. - Environmental Protection Act (Journal of Laws 2024, item 54).
