Robert Gajda - Vice-President of the Management Board

Robert Gajda is a graduate of the Poznań University of Economics and Business, the faculty of eneterprise management, he completed postgraduate Master of Business Administration studies (MBA) at the University of Commerce and Services in Poznań.

Robert Gajda is a manager with over 20 years of professional experience. He has carried out tasks related to: building short and long term action plans for the companies, effective use of human resources, building and developing teams, performance management, negotiations, implementation of new solutions and technologies, implementation of an integrated information systems that improved internal cooperation and communication.

He has experience in creating and implementing strategies for operations in a commercial law companies and extensive knowledge in leading and implementing large projects, including EU projects dedicated to environmental protection matters.

In 2019, he took the position of the President of the Management Board of Miejski Zakład Wodociągów i Kanalizacji Sp.z.o.o. in Koło. He led to the construction of one of the most modern wastewater treatment plants in Poland, that is a part of the Circular Economy model, due to the fact that it is converting all the sludge into fertiliser for agriculture. He is the originator and initiator of a pilot programme which aim is to fight against the hydrological drought in the Koło district. The pilot programme will be implemented jointly with the Marshal of the Wielkopolskie Voivodeship/Region, the State Water Management Company Wody Polskie and the Pątnów- Adamów-Konin Power Plant Complex.
