Celebration of Polish Armed Forces Day in Oslo

August 15, on the occasion of the Polish Armed Forces Day, a delegation of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo, consisting of the military attache of the Republic of Poland, W. Torbicki, Counselor-Minister G. Szopiński, and Consul A. Jach, and the Director of the Polish School affiliated by the Embassy I. Prokop laid flowers at the monument to the Polish Pilots and the Silent Unseen at the Vestre Gravlund Cemetery in Oslo.

The ceremony of honoring of the Polish soldiers who died in defence for their Homeland was also attended by the representatives of Polish diaspora and a representative of Polish Scouting in Norway (PHN).
