Evening with an anti-war poetry on the occasion of Europe Day in Oslo

On May 9 - on the occasion of Europe Day - EUNIC Norway has organized at the Goethe Institute in Oslo evening with recitation of anti-war poetry.

The participants of the event symbolically emphasized their solidarity with Ukraine and ther protest against Russian invasion on that country.

Selected works were recited by representatives of Embassies / Cultural Institutes or artists from Finland, Austria, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, France, Germany, Spain, Latvia and Italy as well as representatives of the Ukrainian diaspora in Oslo.

The representative of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland recited in Ukrainian Tatiana Pryk's poem "The Scream". The poem has been written on March 2, just few days after Russian invasion in Ukraine has started.
