Invitation to Kinga Głyk's concert at Cosmopolite Scene Oslo

On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Oslo invites you on Friday, March 8, at. 20:00 to Cosmopolite Scene in Oslo (Vogts gate 64) for a concert of Polish bassist Kinga Głyk.

23-year-old artist is described as the best Polish bassist of the young generation and a rising star of the jazz and blues scene. Kinga Głyk started her musical career at the age of 12 in her family band Glyk P.I.K. TRIO. She has already performed in Norway on the occasion of Maijazz, receiving enthusiastic reviews, and also shared the stage with the outstanding American bassist Marcus Miller as a guest of his concert.

As Adam Makowicz - an outstanding Polish pianist and jazz musician - said: "Kinga's musical skills have become a part of the history of Polish jazz."

The artist will be accompanied at the concert by a band consisting of:
