Voices from the Green Planet at the end of the 8th edition of Polish Film Days in Norway (Polske Filmdager)

The 8th edition of Polish Film Days in Norway (Polska Filmdager) has been ended with the international premiere of the Polish-Scandinavian jazz music project - Voices from the Green Planet. The concert has taken place 22nd of October at the Cosmopolite Scene in Oslo.

Voices from the Green Planet is a quintet created by the outstanding Polish jazz pianist Piotr Wyleżoł, which also includes Polish, Norwegian and Swedish jazz musicians: Szymon Mika (guitar), Adam Bałdych (violin), Håkon Mjåset Johansen (drums) and Anders Jormin (bass).

The premiere concert of the group combining Polish and Nordic jazz traditions, warmly received by the gathered Polish-Norwegian audience, was attended by three musicians from the quintet: Piotr Wyleżoł, Szymon Mika and Håkon Mjåset Johansen.
