“We undertake activities such as staff enlargement and development of the system for monitoring the radiation situation in Poland. We are developing a system of technical and expert support for PAA in order to prepare the Agency for the implementation of tasks under the Polish Nuclear Energy Programme” – said the PAA during the celebrations.

During the implementation of the Polish Nuclear Power Programme (PPEJ), the primary task of the PAA President will be to supervise and enforce compliance with the safety requirements and standards for nuclear power plants. “Among the current challenges that we face in the field of nuclear energy, every honest voice –  a publication that increases knowledge about nuclear safety, radiological protection or nuclear power plants  –  is extremely needed.”
