Beware of fraudulent Polish visa offers
The Embassy of the Republic of Poland has become aware of several visa scams. Please be cautious of any person or websites offering any 'guaranteed' Polish visas.
It is important to remain vigilant and exercise caution to protect yourself from falling victim to fraudulent activities. This notice serves as a warning to raise awareness and provide guidance on potential scams that you should be mindful of.
Scammers may try to trick you into believing they are genuine by posing as staff from the embassy, by using websites or e-mail addresses which look like official ones. Illegal operators may often give incorrect advice, trick you to cover through them the visa processing fees, encourage you to lie certify untruth on your application and do not deliver the services promised.
Please note that the Polish Embassy in Manila does not collaborate with any commercial visa and employment agencies or is not responsible for paid offers of their assistance. These entities are unable to secure visa appointments or influence consular decisions. The only cost involved is the visa fee charged by the Consulate and optionally Visa Application Center processing fee. The Embassy does not issue authorization letters to the applicants.
If you come across any suspicious requests or encounters where someone claims to represent Polish Embassy or Polish company and asks for money to arrange visa without a personal meeting or visa application, we strongly advise you to disregard such requests and report them to us immediately.
Before providing personal information or making any payments, independently verify the legitimacy of the communication or offer.
There is only one official webpage of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Manila: www.gov.pl/filipiny, and our official contact e-mail manila.consul@msz.gov.pl. The Polish Visa Application Center consultants can be reached at info.poland@blshelpline.com
