The tasks of the Accessibility Coordinator include:

  1. support for people with special needs in accessing services provided by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister;
  2. preparing an action plan to improve accessibility for people with special needs;
  3. monitoring the activities of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister in the field of ensuring accessibility for people with special needs.

Action plan to improve accessibility for people with special needs

The Act of 19 July 2019 on Ensuring Accessibility for Persons with Special Needs introduces the obligation to draw up an action plan to improve the provision of accessibility for persons with special needs by those public entities that have appointed an accessibility coordinator.

The Chancellery of the Prime Minister, fulfilling the obligation set out in Article 14(2)(2) of the Act, has prepared an action plan to improve accessibility for people with special needs. The document contains actions planned for the period 2021-2024 that will improve the implementation of tasks in the field of accessibility.
