Subject of activity of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister
The tasks carried out by the Chancellery under the authority of the Prime Minister include, in particular:

carrying out assessments of the socio-economic impact (costs and benefits) of the proposed regulations and preparing assessments of these effects, including projects with significant long-term consequences in social and economic development;

developing assessments of the international determinants of the country's situation and long-term foreign policy concepts;

preparing assessments of the functionality of state structures and the efficiency of their operation;
-
preparation of other analyses, forecasts, concepts, programmes and assessments commissioned by the Prime Minister;
-
coordinating the implementation of human resources policy in government administration, to the extent specified in separate regulations;
-
handling personnel matters of persons holding managerial positions in government administration;
-
coordinating the cooperation of the Council of Ministers and the Prime Minister with the Sejm of the Republic of Poland, the Senate of the Republic of Poland, the President of the Republic of Poland and other state bodies;
-
information and press services for the Council of Ministers, the Prime Minister and internal auxiliary and consultative bodies of the Council of Ministers;
-
performing tasks in the field of national defence and security specified in separate regulations;
-
performing other tasks specified in separate regulations or commissioned by the Prime Minister.
