He has over 20 years of professional experience in managerial positions in government and local government administration, in the private sector and in non-governmental organizations.

She started her career at the Civil Service Office, worked at the Ministry of Development, the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland, and was the director general of the Ministry of Interior and Administration, the Ministry of Administration and Digitization and the Ministry of Interior.

Director of the State Treasury Property Management of the City of Warsaw, as well as director of the Financial and Administrative Department at the Civic Education Center Foundation.

SIGMA OECD consultant, expert in aid projects in Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, leader of the ESI Funds Academy, lecturer at Postgraduate Studies in Audit and Internal Control at the Warsaw School of Economics.

A graduate of the University of Gdańsk, the National School of Public Administration and MBA studies at Erasmus University in Rotterdam.

She completed Postgraduate Studies in Real Estate Management at the Warsaw University of Technology and Postgraduate Studies in Human Resources Management at the Warsaw School of Economics.
