Prime Minister met with the Minister of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Economic cooperation was the main topic of talks between Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki and Minister of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Faisal bin Fadhil Alibrahim. The politicians also discussed strengthening bilateral relations.

Expansion of bilateral cooperation

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki held talks with the Minister of Economy and Planning of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Faisal bin Fadhil Alibrahi, about strengthening cooperation between Poland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia politically as well as economically.

An important element of the conversation was energy cooperation in the sphere of, among other things, renewable energy. The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia appreciates Poland's economic development. The politicians also touched on mutual investment and trade.

Further support for Ukraine

During the meeting, the Prime Minister stressed the need to continue the multidimensional support of Ukraine. Furthermore, he thanked Saudi Arabia for its commitment to helping Ukraine and the refugees.

Visit of the Polish Prime Minister to Saudi Arabia

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki met in Riyadh in March 2023 with His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of Saudi Arabia. At that time, the politicians discussed current bilateral relations and further cooperation on oil supplies to Poland.
