We have a pleasure to inform about the series of broadcasts “Z językiem polskim w świat” (“With Polish language into the world”) created by Radio Poland (Polskie Radio dla Zagranicy) that aim to promote the Polish language abroad.

From December 28th 2020 new restrictions related to the prevention of COVID-19 are in force on the Polish border. Citizens of Poland, EU, EEA and Switzerland who cross the Polish border, constituting the external border of the EU, are no longer exempt from quarantine. After crossing the internal border, persons travelling by public transport are directed to quarantine. Exempt from quarantine are, i.a. individuals vaccinated against COVID-19.

We are proud to present to you the occasional publication on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Poland strongly condemns all acts of violence and attacks on civilian infrastructure that pose a threat to the safety and freedom of navigation, including incidents such as damages caused to a civilian ship by a mine explosion in the Red Sea on December 25, attacks on the Jeddah port in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on December 14 as well as on the Saudi Aramco facilities in 2019 and 2020. We constantly call for continued efforts to stop the escalation of tensions that have a negative impact on the security situation in the region.

On December 14th, 2020, the first virtual Polish-Saudi Business Forum took place. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Chambers of Commerce of the Republic of Poland and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as representatives of diplomacy, trade and business, including several dozen Polish and Saudi companies.

We are pleased to announce the Polish-Saudi Business Forum planned for December 14th this year. The event will be held in a virtual form.
