This year’s Singapore Fintech Festival (SFF), one of the largest economic events in Singapore dedicated to the financial sector, was held under the slogan of "building resilient business models in a world of change".

Asia Clean Energy Summit (ACES) is part of the annual Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW). Its 9th edition will take place in Singapore, 26 - 28 October 2022. The Embassy of Poland is one of the Supporting Organisations of the event.

An exclusive press and networking event aimed at introducing and promoting Polish amber jewellery among the local audience and the fashion business was inaugurated by Ambassador Magdalena Bogdziewicz on 26 September 2022, on the eve of Asia's largest jewellery and gemstones fair "Jewellery & Gem World Singapore".

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Singapore and Polish universities took part in the 3rd virtual edition of the "Study in Europe 2022" educational fair organized in Singapore by the EU Delegation and the EU Member States.

The Embassy of Poland in Singapore donated to the National Library Board a selection of close to 50 books by Polish authors, translated into English. The event took place at the Choa Chu Kang Public Library on 9 September 2022, offering an opportunity to highlight to the local partners the richness and diversity of Polish literature, symbolized by 5 Nobel Prizes awarded thus far to outstanding Polish writers.

Over 20 Polish companies successfully finished the exhibition at FHA Food & Beverage – Southeast Asia’s largest food and hospitality trade event, and Singapore’s biggest international trade show by exhibition space and visitor arrivals.

Since 24 February 2022, when the Russian Federation started its unjustified and unprovoked aggression against Ukraine, we have been witnessing appalling scenes of harm, pain, and suffering inflicted on hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians for days on end. The tragic lot of millions of civilian refugees, mostly women and children, and the enormity of damage and destruction caused by the war bring to mind the darkest periods in the contemporary history of Europe and the world.

As a part of the diplomatic initiative "The European Union At Your School", which introduces the European Union to young people in Singapore, Chargée d’Affaires Anna Iwanicka-Quinn visited the junior college Millennia Institute. The meeting on July 28th was organized within the Visegrad Group, with the representatives of the Embassies of Hungary, Chechia and Slovakia.

The deputy head of Polish diplomacy began the first part of his visit to South-East Asia by meeting with Singaporean politicians, experts in political science, and representatives of the local business circles. The talks in Singapore centered around Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, food security, disinformation, and the regional situation in Europe and the Indo-Pacific.

On 5 July 2022, Poland’s MFA summoned Belarusian chargé d’affaires to lodge a strong protest against the demolition of a Home Army soldiers’ cemetery in Mikulishki.
