C-Type Schengen Visa

Where to apply?

You should apply at the Consular Section of the Polish Embassy in Bangkok.

Please note that we can only accept visa applications from nationals of Thailand, Cambodia, Laos and Myanmar or legal residents of those countries.

Do I have to apply in person?

The visa application form must be submitted in person. We do not accept application forms sent via fax, regular mail or e-mail.

How to book an appointment?

You can book your appointment to apply for a visa via the e-konsulat system, by choosing "Schengen visa - register form" from the menu on the left of the screen. If the system does not show a date you want, it means there are no slots available on that date or the Consular Section is closed. New appointments are opened every Wednesday from 10.00-10.30 a.m. local time.

Please arrive on time for the visit at the Consular Section. Otherwise you will not be accepted.

If you are travelling in an organized group of 10 persons or more (tourist group, delegation etc.) and want to ensure everyone gets the same appointment date, please contact us by email before registering for appointments in our system. If possible, we will try to schedule an appointment date so that all members of your group can come at the same time. Once you register for an appointment, we will not be able to change the date for you.

After you choose the appointment date and complete the online application, the system will generate a pdf of the application form with a specific time of your appointment. Please print the application form, sign it and bring with you for the appointment along with necessary supporting documents. List of required documents is available at the end of the page.

In the e-konsulat system, you can fill out the application form in Polish or English. If you would like to see a Thai translation of the form, we can provide it in the Embassy or through e-mail.
