Childcare leave
Childcare leave for the purpose of taking care of a child is granted to an employee who has been employed for at least 6 months. Previous periods of work are also included in this employment period.
Childcare leave can be taken by both the mother and the father if both are employees.
The period of childcare leave, on the date of its completion, counts towards the period of employment on which the employee rights are dependent.
