When should you submit a notification to the OECD NCP?

In a situations of non-observance of the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises by a multinational enterprise through its business operations, it is possible to submit a notification to the OECD NCP. Notification of an alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines is considered in accordance with the Conduct procedure before the OECD NCP set out above on this page.

How do you submit a notification to the OECD NCP?

The conduct procedure is available in Polish. English and Ukrainian language versions will be published soon. However, the procedure before the NCP is conducted in Polish, hence the notification form of an alleged breach of the OECD Guidelines should be completed in Polish.
