Pandemic has more or less affected the whole line from manufacturing to delivery of finished or semi-finished products. Delivery chains are disrupted and clients have to adjust and find new channels. Also Brexit has influenced flows of products and resources. A discussion on news in transport of goods and logistics chain from Slovakia to the United Kingdom, Scandinavia as well Far East is more timely than ever. What is the role of Poland and Polish rail, road and maritime operators in these challenging circumstances? And what is new in this business?
Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Bratislava in cooperation with Association of Logistics and Freight Forwarding of the Slovak Republic, Association of Road Transport Operators ČESMAD Slovakia and Trnava Regional Chamber of the Slovak Chamber of Industry and Commerce would like to invite you to an on-line discussion to address all these matters. The aim is to bring practical information to Slovak exporters and importers, companies and institutions that base their operations on a prompt and reliable freight and forwarding to the United Kingdom, Scandinavia and/or Far East as well as other destinations.

Actual situation and solutions for Slovak exporters, importers, forwarders and logistics companies will be discussed with representatives of significant operators such as:
PKP Cargo International, Adampol, Unifeeder, Deepwater Container Terminal, Gdynia Container Terminal, Baltic Container Terminal, Port Szczecin – Świnoujście, Port Gdynia, Port Gdańsk.
The discussion will touch upon: practical solutions of short and long distance connections, EU - China train service, impact of Brexit, short sea connections, direct maritime services to Far East, new infrastructure and services available, terminals Ostrava - Paskov, Małaszewicze, etc.
